Kevin began in 'traditional' project management and converted to Agile pragmatically: by watching what actually worked. He has trusted evidence over doctrine ever since. Twenty years on he coaches teams and leaders - including those completely new to Agile - starting where it has to start: with an Agile *culture*, and a structure that supports it. Therefore he is a Delivery Lead who empowers people to use Lean Agile practice and AI to unite behind strategic goals stated plainly enough to act on, and explicit evidence to prove their value. He contributes thought leadership to the ‘Adaptive Outcomes Collective’ LinkedIn group and to The Job Hackers, where he also consults on an OKR-driven operating model and co-hosts their Agile Meetup.
